We got snow.............. Lots of it............. I still managed to find my way to the office. Lem cleared off the car for me and got it all warmed up. I don't see any reason to use up my allotted days off on a messy day like this one. I will save them for time when we have guest and want to go to the beach.

I have a nice roast in the crockpot for tonight. I wonder if I would have time after work to make some nice rolls to go with the meal.
I agree - better to have a day off when it is sunny and warm!!
ReplyDeleteThe crockpot liner is a good idea - I have never seen that before. I wonder if those are available in Canada. I will have to check it out.
I hope your snow doesn't last too long!
Just found your blog.... with the kitchen redo photos. Then clicked on this current one. Colleen... packing in South Africa
ReplyDeleteI love it when people shar photos of their cooking - wish I thought to take photos before eating ;)
ReplyDeleteanyway, don't you just looooove those slow cooker liners! I will never cook without them. I always buy 2 boxes at a time. Was wonderign if your package of seasonign was good. I've seen them, but have never used those before.
When I make pot roast I use 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix and then my carrots and potatoes. and it is uuhm, uuumm good!
