Our dear Kim and Amanda were in an automobile accident yesterday. They were both injured and Amanda is still hospitalized.
They are so far away and here we pray and await more news.
The news at this time is that Kim has a broken wrist and two broken ribs. She has cuts and bruising from the set belt.
Amanda was thrown from the vehicle and has sustained a head injury. She is in an induced coma but the Doctors are optimistic that there will be no permanent brain damage. There will however be some plastic surgery needed.
Lemuel will be flying to NC tomorrow and I will remain here to keep these home fires burning.
That is just horrible, Sue! I'm praying that their injuries are not too bad. It must be so hard for you being so far away.
